About Ole Brook Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Joey Sessums comes to Brookhaven after an 11 year hiatus. She received her BA degree from the University of Mississippi in 2006 and her DMD degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry in 2010.

Dr. Joey worked as a general dentist with emphasis on children's dental care for a year before returning to Batson Children's Hospital at the University of Mississippi Medical Center to complete a 2 year fellowship in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Joey is no stranger to Southwest Mississippi and she knows its people and its culture.

Her father is a local OB-GYN physician and her maternal grandfather was a dentist in rural Mississippi for 3 decades. She returns to her hometown with a passion and energy to provide specialized dental care in a unique environment for Brookhaven and its surrounding counties. And by the way, spread the word.
